    Brückner: Dr. Gust. Adam B., Geh. Medicinalrath, geb. 18. Decbr. 1789 zu Neubrandenburg, † 30. März 1860 zu Ludwigslust. Botaniker; verfaßte 1812 eine Schilderung der Flora von Rom (Magazin der Ges. naturf. Freunde in Berlin, 1812, Isis III. S. 1748). Darin von ihm die Gramineengattung Ampelodesmos.—1825 die geognost. Abhandlung: „Wie ist der Grund und Boden Mecklenburgs geschichtet und entstanden?“ Ferner: „Beiträge zur Geographie Mecklenburgs“. — „Mecklenburgische Pflanzengeographie“ in Lang-mann's Flora, 1841.
