Biographical Presentation
Die Familie, ein seit 1406 in Halle/Saale bezeugtes Pfänner- oder Salzjunkergeschl., kam 1554/60 nach Zerbst und wurde zu Beginn des 18. Jh. im Brandenburgischen ansässig. Zu ihr gehören u. a.: →Eduard (1826–1909), preuß. Generalleutnant (s. Priesdorff X, S. 191-95, P), →Eduard (1834–1911), preuß. General d. Inf. (ebd., S. 434-36, P), und →Ernstwaldemar (* 1885, ⚔ 1919), Rittmeister, Führer des Freikorps Jena in Kurland.
