Biographical Presentation
Froeling: Andreas F., geb. zu Calenberg, † 1632 zu Helmstädt, wo er zuerst Professor der Philosophie, dann Lehrer der Theologie und Generalsuperintendent war. Er ist in der Geschichte der Logik wegen einer mit Einleitungen versehenen Ausgabe des Aristotelischen Organons und wegen einer Abhandlung über die Natur der Logik zu nennen.
