  • Biographical Presentation

    Nach Studium in Leipzig war F. 1519 in Weiden und Elbogen Kaplan, 1522 Prediger in Weiden, wo er das Salve Regina änderte, und wurde 1524 als evangelisch ausgewiesen. Er erscheint danach als Pfarrer oder Prediger in Elsterberg bei Plauen, Reinsdorf bei Greiz, Kahla, Schönberg im Vogtland, Nabburg, Sulzbach, Donauwörth, Erbendorf und Wilchenreuth. In seiner evangelischen Kirchenordnung (Elbogen 1522) forderte er als erster die Taufe deutsch.
