Biographical Presentation
Ossanäus: Johann Richard O., gebürtig aus Oß in Brabant (nach Foppens aus Herzogenbusch), wurde im J. 1569 Professor der Rechte in Ingolstadt, war seit 1579 Assessor am Reichskammergericht zu Speier. Nähere Nachweise über sein Leben fehlen. Er schrieb eine Anzahl von Dissertationen, wovon die bekannteste „De decimis“ zu Ingolstadt 1572 erschien. Aufgezählt bei Mederer I, 317. Dazu Kobolt S. 490, Nachtr. S. 388. Foppens II, 716. Jöcher, Forts. S. 1241.
