Biographical Presentation
Werdenberg: Johann Friedrich W., Arzt und Professor der Philosophie in Basel zu Anfang des 17. Jahrhunderts, war ein Intimus des berühmten Wundarztes Fabr. Hilden, zu dessen Werken er eine Reihe von Beiträgen lieferte. Er selbst verfaßte „Tractatus de febribus“ (Basel 1607).
