    Weigl: Nivard W., geboren zu Hafnerbach in Niederösterreich, Eistercienser zu Säusenstein, später Theologieprofessor am bischöflichen Alumnat zu St. Pölten, seit 1817 Präfect der theologischen Lehranstalt zu Heiligenkreuz, wo er schon mehrere Jahre vorher als Theologieprofessor gewirkt, † am 25. März 1823 im Stifte Zwettl, dem er von früher her angehört hatte, war ein hervorragender Orgelspieler, auch verdienstvoller Componist für dieses vollstimmige Instrument. Seine Tonsätze sind unveröffentlicht geblieben.
