Biographical Presentation
Schrodt: Johann Franz Lothar v. S., Kanonist und Publicist, geb. zu Würzburg am 30. Juni 1727, † zu Prag am 23. December 1777. Er machte sämmtliche Studien in seiner Vaterstadt, erlangte daselbst im J. 1751 die juristische Doctorwürde, erhielt einen Ruf als Professor des Staats- und Lehnrechts an die juristische Facultät in Prag, wo er am 7. November 1754 installirt und am 30. November nochmals zum Dr. juris creirt wurde. Er bekleidete 1760 das Decanat der Facultät und war zugleich Assessor der Landes-Grenz-Commission. Schriften: „De subordinatione jurisdictionis episcopalis et superioritatis territorialis“. Würzb. 1751. „De jure successionis femineae in inclyto regno Bohemiae“.
