    Rosenthal: Dorothee Eleonore von R., schlesische Dichterin, ließ als junge Dilettantin ein Heftchen „Poetische Gedanken An Einen Der Deutschen Poesie sonderbahren Beförderern, geschrieben in Breßlau. Im Jahr 1641“ (29 S., k. Bibliothek Berlin) drucken, worin sie nach Opitzens Muster die Landlust in einem sehr phrasenhaften Gemisch von Prosa und Versen schildert, mit einer befreundeten Poetin Maria Elisabeth von Hohendorff (Hohenthal) conversirt und poetisirt und unter metrischen Excursen Opitz, Buchner und Zesen feiert. Letzterer widmete ihr 1642 seine „Poetischen Rosenwälder“ und lobte sie ebenso unbändig wie sie ihn. Sie gilt für das Modell zur Rosemund. Bemerkenswerth ist das Bekenntniß, daß sie Liebesgedichte ohne jeden inneren Antrieb zur Uebung auf diesem „Wetzstein“ poetischer Gedanken anfertigte. Sie verbrachte mehrere Jahre in England und Holland.
