    Luck: Johann Philipp Wilhelm L., geb. den 28. August 1728 zu Erbach, ward im J. 1750 Pfarrer zu Götterbach, 1752 Stadtpfarrer zu Michelstadt, 1757 Assessor und 1759 Rath im Consistorium und dann 1791 auch Hofprediger. Er starb am 8. Novbr. 1791 zu Michelstadt. Mit dem Hofprediger J. C. Crantz hat er 1778 das gräflich Erbach’sche Kirchengesangbuch herausgegeben; im J. 1788 gab er sodann ein „Häusliches Andachtsbuch zum Gebrauche gemeiner Christen“ heraus, in welches er auch 34 eigene, zum Theil schon 1756 erschienene Lieder aufnahm.
