Biographical Presentation
Betzdorp: Conrad B. (Betztorp), artium et legum Doctor, Syndicus der Stadt Köln und Prokanzler der dortigen Universität, war 1567 Rector und wird 1574 unter den „quatuor professores dudum constituti“ des Civilrechts an erster Stelle als Doctor ordinarius und Professor des Codex genannt. Er verfaßte die Kölner Proceßordnung von 1570: „Reformatio Judicialis Processus Judiciorum civitatis Coloniensis“, gedruckt in „Statuta vnd Concordata der H. Freyen Reichs Statt Cölln“ etc., o. O. u. J. 4°. (Abth. I.) S. 136 ff. und in der Titelausgabe: „Cöllnische Reformation“ etc., Nürnberg 1622. 4°.|
