Kestner: Heinrich Ernst K., geb. am 23. Juni 1671 in Detmold, † den 5. Juli 1723 zu Rinteln, woselbst er, nach absolvirten Studien zu Frankfurt a. O. und Halle, im J. 1696 Dr. jur. und im folgenden Prof. der Rechte geworden war. Schrieb eine Reihe von Dissertationen, Programmen, über die verschiedensten Materien (Naturrecht, römisches, canon., deutsches u. s. w.), aufgezählt (103) bei Jöcher-Adelung III, 273 ff.
