Biographical Presentation
Fischer: Erdmann Rudolph F., Generalsuperintendent zu Koburg, geb. 1687 zu Hafenpreppach, gest. 1776 zu Koburg, studirte Theologie und wurde 1717 Substitut seines Vaters zu Einberg, kam 1721 als Diaconus nach Koburg, wurde 1741 Archidiaconus, 1747 Beichtvater des Herzogs Franz Josias, endlich 1758 Consistorialrath und Generalsuperintendent. Er gab heraus: „Vollständiges Kirchenbuch für die Kirchen und Pfarrer im Fürstenthum Koburg“ (1743. 4.) und die Lebensbeschreibungen von Joh. Gerhard (1723), Ernst Sal. Cyprian (1749), Phil. Theod. Verpoorten (1751).
