Biographical Presentation
Eckard: Dietrich Gotthard E., Rechtsgelehrter, geb. 15. Jan. 1696 zu Eilenburg, † 1760. Er studirte in Leipzig, erhielt daselbst 1716 die philosophische Magisterwürde, 1720 den juristischen Doctorgrad und ward 1745 Beisitzer der Juristenfacultät. Er schrieb u. a.: „Examen actionum forensium“, 1724—30, 12 Partes und „Erklärung über Schilteri Institutiones iuris canonici“, 1724—33, 13 Stücke. Auch gab er des Nicolaus Vigelius „Gerichts-Büchlein“, 1734, neu heraus.
