    Hoogstraeten: Michael v. H., Buchdrucker in Antwerpen. Eigentlich Michael Hillen oder Hillenius v. Hoogstraeten druckte von 1503 bis ca. 1545. Unter seinen Druckwerken zeichnet sich besonders das von Johann Servilius, genannt Knapius herausgegebene „Dictionarium triglotton“ aus, dessen genauer Titel lautet: „Dictionarium Triglotton, hoc est, tribus linguis, latina, graeca et ea, qua tota haec inferior Germania utitur, constans: non tantum eas voces omnes, quas Latina agnoscit Resp. sed praecipuas quasque ab Autoribus usurpatas phrases, vernaculo sermone expressas, continens. Joanne Servilio Collectore & Interprete. Antverpiae, Michael Hillenius. 1545. 12.“

    Ueber sein Leben selbst ist nichts Weiteres bekannt geworden.
