  • Biographical Presentation

    Zindel: Johann Christian Z., geboren als Sohn des Hofcaplans zu Ansbach am 30. Januar 1738, † zu Erlangen am 22. Februar 1794. Nach Zurücklegung der Gymnasialstudien in der Vaterstadt studirte er die Rechtswissenschaft in Erlangen seit 1758, wurde hier am 21. August 1762 Dr. iur. und nach Disputationen am 5. Mai und 13. September 1763 Privatdocent, 1768 außerordentlicher Professor der Rechte und Beisitzer der Facultät. Seine Schriften (fünf bei Baader) betreffen vorzugsweise kirchenrechtliche Materien, besonders „De ecclesiis cathedralibus“ (1763) und „De feminis ecclesiasticis“ (1769).
