Biographical Presentation
Mayr: Cherubin M., geb. am 11. April 1694 zu Hauenstetten in Schwaben, am 23. Oct. 1712 zu Bamberg in den Franziscaner-Orden getreten. Ueber sein ferneres Leben und die Zeit seines Todes fehlen Nachrichten. Er verfaßte mehrere theologische Schriften, dann „Trismegistus juris pontificii universi seu institutiones canonicae secundum ordinem quinque librorum decretalium Greg. IX.“ etc., Augsb. 1750 sq., 5 vol., fol., ein breites, casuistisches, auch das Civilrecht und die Reichsgesetzgebung berücksichtigendes Werk ohne Selbständigkeit.
