Leiter des Musikstudios des Jugendkulturzentrums in Dębno Lubuski ; ab 1975 in Gorzów als Angestellter der Provinzverwaltung in folgenden Woiwodschaften tätig: Gorzów (bis 1998) und Lubuskie (bisher). Er war Inspektor für künstlerische Bildung und Oberlandesinspektor für Kultur und Kunst. Initiator von Stowarzyszenie Twórców i Przyjaciół Kultury Cygańskiej (Vereinigung der Schöpfer und Freunde der Zigeunerkultur) (1995-)
