Biographical Presentation
F., 1057 als Kanzler von Lüttich erwähnt, war Lehrer (1047 genannt) und Leiter der Domschule (1066, 1068, 1078). Zu seinen Schülern zählte unter anderem Cosmas von Prag. Er widmete EB Hermann II. von Köln († 1056) sein Werk „De quadratura circuli“ (herausgegeben von Winterberg, in: Zeitschrift für Mathematik und Physik 27, 1882, Supplement, S. 137-90). Zu Unrecht wurde er mit Franco von Köln gleichgesetzt.
