  • Biographical Presentation

    Momber: Hans M., 1742 zu Danzig geb. und später Kaufmann daselbst, wurde in seiner (mennonitischen) Gemeinde und zwar dem vlämischen Zweige 1781 Diacon, 1788 Lehrer. In dieser Stellung hat er durch viele Talente ausgestattet die Gemeinde bedeutsam gefordert und auch für die mennonitischen Gesangbücher eine große Zahl von Liedern geliefert. 15 Lieder stehen im Danziger Gesangbuch. Er starb am 12. Juni 1815.
