Biographical Presentation
Wörle: Hans Konrad W., Goldschmied und Kupferstecher, in Nagler's Künstlerlexikon fälschlich H. C. Weck genannt, war um das Jahr 1610 in Nordhausen thätig. Er war, wie man aus der bei seinem Monogramm befindlichen Löthbüchse geschlossen hat, nicht Kupferstecher, sondern Goldschmied von Fach. Wir kennen nur vier Blätter von seiner Hand, die A. Andresen im Deutschen Peintre-Graveur. Leipzig 1874, Bd. IV, 8—94 eingehend beschreibt.
