    Cruse: Ludovicus C., genannt Garbini, Buchdrucker von 1481—95 zu Genf. Ueber sein Leben ist nichts bekannt. Von den von ihm gedruckten Büchern kennt man: „Thomae de Aqvino Tractatulus de arte et vero modo praedicandi. In fine: Explicit tractatus famosissimus de arte et vero modo pre dicandi — in civitate Gebonnensi impressus per M. Ludouicum Cruse alias garbini. Anno Domini 1481. X Sept. fol.“ und „Les Fleurs et les manieres des temps passés et des faits merveilleux de Dieu tant en l'ancien Testament comme au nouveau, et des premiers seigneurs, princes et gouverneurs temporels en cestuy monde. Translatées de latin de (Wernerus Rolevinck) en francois par Maitre Pierre Farget Docteur en Theologie, de l'Ordre des Augustins du convent de Lyon l'an 1483. Geneve, Loys M. Cruse, 1495, fol.“
