Biographical Presentation
Hasner: Josef H., Ritter v. Artha, Arzt und Professor der Augenheilkunde in Prag, daselbst am 13. August 1819 geboren und als Emeritus am 22. Februar 1892 verstorben, studirte und promovirte 1842 in seiner Vaterstadt, war seit 1843 Assistent von Prof. J. N. Fischer, habilitirte sich 1848 als Privatdocent, wurde 1852 außerordentlicher, 1856 ordentlicher Professor der Augenheilkunde und 1884 emeritirt. H. entfaltete bis zu seiner Quiescirung eine umfassende publicistische Thätigkeit, deren Resultate fast sämmtlich seiner Specialdisciplin zu gute gekommen sind. Ein Theil von Hasner's Arbeiten ist in der unten genannten Quelle registrirt.
